This is the most popular form of giving to support the programs and services at Milford Hospital. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and may be unrestricted and used to support the entire mission of the hospital or may be restricted for a specific project, program or hospital service.

Milford Hospital Annual Fund

The Milford Hospital Foundation appeals directly to the community, our staff and our physicians for contributions to our Annual Fund. Because these contributions are donated without restriction, the Hospital's Senior Management is able to apply them where they are most needed throughout the year. Annual fund gifts provide essential funding to all areas of the hospital that are not funded by other sources.

Fairway Suite

The Milford Hospital "Fairway Suite", is an acute, hospice care inpatient room. It was made possible by the generous donation of Carol McInnis and her family in honor of her husband, Robert who passed away in October, 2005. It is supported by the continuing fund-raising efforts of the Milford Hospital Foundation.

The Fairway Suite offers a home-like bedroom with adjoining family room specifically designed for the care and comfort of hospice patients and their families. Through our partnership with local VNA's, Milford Hospital provides personalized services in a caring environment and is committed to keeping our patients in their community.

Planned Gifts

Planned giving is among the most important way donors may help to ensure the vitality of Milford Hospital for future generations. A planned gift may include a bequest in one's will, a trust arrangement, life income gifts, or gifts of life insurance.
